The house is located in the ancient Piazza Adriana, on the right bank of the Tiber river, near Via della Conciliazione, the colonnade of St. Peter’s Square and St. Peter’s Basilica. Modern taste and Italian design characterize the renovation project of the Roman apartment, originally inhabited by the famous Italian futurist artist Marinetti. The house is designed in shades of black and white, in which design pieces and refined works of art move harmoniously. The dark monolith placed in the center of the kitchen contrasts with the other furniture elements and opens the environment to conviviality. In the bathroom, the concrete-effect walls welcome the matt white lacquered cabinet, a large LED backlit mirror and the Smooth bathtub. A Finnish sauna helps to create a relaxing and Zen environment.
