The building falls within the Bufalotta Urban Development Plan near the Porta di Roma shopping center. According to the master plan, it has a curvilinear shape and a height of 7 floors above ground in addition to the technical volumes on the roof. The volumetric impact due to the considerable size of the building is lightened by the use of a porcelain stoneware cladding of different colors and by the large terraces that characterize the facades.
