TRE POLE
Rich in parks and villas, the Aventine, the southernmost of the seven hills of Rome, has preserved over the centuries the aristocratic mark that it assumed during the imperial era. Here, between the streets Marco Polo and Beccari, stands the new Le Tre Pole residential complex, on a lot of trapezoidal shape bordered to the north by the Casa del Jazz park and to the south by the Ostiense railway junction.
The complex consists of three buildings of five and four floors, distributed according to a plan that, taking full advantage of the layout of the lot, draws between one and the other large private green areas, partly covering the underground garages. On these green areas overlook the curvilinear terraces of the 70 apartments, with cuts from 50 to 150 square meters, in some cases distributed over two floors.
The Tre Pole residential complex has obtained the energy certification A and A +. The energy requirements are supplemented by photovoltaic panels placed on the roof. A rainwater recovery system is used for the irrigation of the common green areas. The interior air conditioning is guaranteed by low temperature radiant panels placed on the ceiling, a solution that offers a better environmental wellness. The false ceilings, and all the internal walls and counter-walls, are made using patented technology dry boards (Habito Activ’air). A choice that ensures a high level of soundproofing and above all thermal insulation, and which has made it possible to use precious materials, typically used in the modern Roman tradition for prestigious residential buildings, for the façade cladding and internal common areas.
